These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of NordBridge products and services, including this website (nordbridgegcc.com), NB Assess, and NB Build, provided by Penterra Analytics Pvt Ltd (DBA NordBridge), a company incorporated in India (“NordBridge”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using our services on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
NordBridge provides AI-native GCC intelligence and advisory services, including:
Specific deliverables, timelines, and scope for each engagement are documented in a separate Statement of Work or engagement letter agreed with you prior to commencement.
Services commence upon execution of a Statement of Work and receipt of applicable fees. Payment terms are specified in the Statement of Work. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.
For Indian clients, applicable GST will be charged. For international clients, fees are invoiced in USD under applicable export of service rules.
The NordBridge platform, methodology, and proprietary content (including the India Talent Intelligence layer, GCC knowledge base, and Expert Partner insights) remain the exclusive property of Penterra Analytics Pvt Ltd.
Reports, assessments, and deliverables produced for your specific engagement are owned by you upon full payment of the applicable fees. You may use them for internal business purposes. You may not resell, republish, or represent them as your own independent work.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of information disclosed in connection with an engagement. NordBridge will not disclose your company information, business plans, or engagement details to third parties without your consent, except as required to deliver the services (e.g. Expert Partners, who review anonymised information).
NB Assess reports are based on the information you provide in the intake form and on NordBridge's India talent intelligence data. The accuracy of the report depends on the accuracy and completeness of your intake responses. NordBridge makes reasonable efforts to maintain current market data but does not warrant that all data is complete or up to date.
Reports and assessments are advisory in nature. Business decisions remain your sole responsibility.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NordBridge's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the services shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
NordBridge is not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages, including lost profits, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or notice on this website. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
